WorkOutDoors does not offer training plans.
But you can create custom workouts (on your iPhone) with target power alerts, and save those workouts for future modification or re-use.
Download
You can use your iPhone to create custom workouts and download them to WorkOutDoors on your Apple Watch.
Power
WorkOutDoors can display real-time, lap, previous lap, and workout averages. There is no smoothed power.
You can display power as Watts or percentage of threshold power.
Guided Workouts
WorkOutDoors can guide you through a structured workout you’ve created on your iPhone.
Upload
Completed workouts are uploaded to Apple Health.
Workout Review
WorkOutDoors does not provide second-by-second review of completed runs, making it difficult to see lap power, or to review compliance using WorkOutDoors.
Metrics
The WorkOutDoors app does not offer multi-workout metrics.
Events
