Achieve your Personal Best

What would you like?

“I’ve been looking for power-based training plans, but I can’t find one that works for me.

I’d like a power-based training plan customised to meet my needs …”

“I ran an event last year. It was tough, but I really enjoyed it!

I’d like to run another, but this time I’d like power-based coaching for the event …”

“I’m a regular runner.

I’d like ongoing power-based coaching that still gives me the flexibility to be a part of a club or do other sports …”

How does it work?

Step 1

We meet (virtually)
to discuss your goals

Step 2

We develop a power-based plan
that meets your needs

Step 3

You execute the plan
(with or without coaching)

About from1runner2another (f1r2a)

me on a trail run
I’m a runner who started running at 50 to keep fit for squash. My squash-playing days are over, but my running is still going strong.

I enjoyed sharing and learning from others so much that I decided to learn how to coach. After a short Covid-enforced delay, I certified with England Athletics as a Coach in Running Fitness.

I firmly believe that no matter the distance or speed, every step forward counts; and that every runner can improve their running while minimising injury risk and having fun.

And I run and coach using power, because I believe power is the most effective way to achieve your personal best.
