By analysing the workout data stored in Apple Health, HealthFit provides the kind of indispensable tracking and insights you normally only get from premium subscription services.

If you still prefer to use apps like Strava or TrainingPeaks, HealthFit has you covered with reliable automated background syncing.

Connecting HealthFit

Once installed, use the Profile tab to connect Apple Health to the apps you’ll be using to analyse your workouts.

Uploading completed workouts

HealthFit syncs automatically in the background after every workout, syncing completed workouts from Apple Health to your connected apps. It can even sync your entire workout history.

If for some reason a workout does not auto-sync, open the app to trigger the sync.
